Although I agree with some of the comments in reviews before me such as the length of the download per issue, I still stand that this is the best individual magazine app. Its dynamic, interactive and smart. Unlike Zinio, Glamour fits the iPad and uses all its features! If you like something you can click it and it will take you to a website or a video! Im a huge fan of this app and love using it every month!
I was skeptical that the Glamour App was all it claimed to be, but i am happy to report that i was wrong! I enjoy this electronic version so much. Anything that catches my eye, i either click on, or scroll down and whalaa!- more content, one click purchasing, the works! Truth be told, i like my online mag even more than my hard copy! Keep up the great work GlAM TEAM!!!- Im hooked!
One thing that I like reading mag on my iPad is that we can really choose what we want to click, point and read. This app gives the right amount of "interactivity". Hope thats a word!!!

Seriously?! After I paid? How am I supposed to solve the problem? I didnt even see anything and the money is gone already? I really wanna read the magazine. But what am I gonna do? Can anybody help?

I love that I can get my glamour on my iPad. Also its easy to download and the auto remove is a nice new feature.
Unable to open the magazine. Every time I went to the newsstand or library it wouldnt open
I can not download any magazines. Every time I get the message cannot connect to server at this time. This has been going on for months now. I also cant delete old issues that I had in my library before this started.
I got a notification to download the new issue and when I go to the app it says that January is not available. I restored purchases and it still wont let me download. Im a subscriber so the issue has already been paid for.
Have a subscription but cant access Jan 2014?! No matter what I do, when I input my account info, still showing no access or suggests that I should subscribe. What!?!
I have downloaded this three separate times in the past month. I was COMPLETELY unable to download any of the magazines, though. I either get the slowest downloads ever (unlike any other information I access on my iPad) or it stops after about 5Mb. Note - I have the IPad2 (64). I tried customer service, and after a series of 5 separate emails where they gave me completely irrelevant instructions (varying from "download the app" to "subscribe"), I finally was told to delete then download the app again, since there had been upgrades. (Really, in the past 14 days?). This app is horrible. I havent been able to access a single magazine. Plus, theres a top bar that suggests 1) that I sign in, even when signed in; and 2) that I download the app (that Im currently using). If they dont have the right technology yet, its not appropriate to sell this subscription and to make us beta test, not to mention training their customer service department to read and answer customer questions with relevant information. WOW - several months later, and this is STILL true. Subscriber of MANY years LOST. Buh-bye Glamour.
This app deletes all the downloads so you have to start over. Its very frustrating. I downloaded all the issues and it dumped them in the cloud when the new issue came out. The download speed is agonizingly slow, even on my new iPad Air with a good wifi connection.
I read the terrible reviews but figured what the heck, I have paid for the online access with my print subscription and I downloaded it anyway. Download went well. App works well. Very happy.
Save your money. Can not download magazine. Glamour works on nook, not on iPad!
I enjoy having access to the digital version with my paid print subscription. I was having problems downloading full issues previously, which made me reluctant to switch to a digital subscription only, however those problems have ceased and I am a pretty happy customer :)
Takes too long to download. Should download automatically. Why doesnt have iPhone app . All magazines do. Very disappointed. Will not renew next time.
Downloads are so slow. Takes days just to download one issue. And now I cant even open the app. Closes before it even opens. Please fix now! I am paying for a magazine that I cant even read, not happy!
This app is completely useless. It continually crashes. When tech support is contacted, their only advice is to delete the app and reinstall which means that users lose all of their data (bookmarks, etc.). While that solution make work for tech support, it doesnt work for someone who has paid for their subscription. No only has this caused me endless frustration, Im canceling my subscription. I will not reward poor customer service.
