Im a subscriber and it still says I have to pay to download the issues. Please fix!

I purchased this app so I would be able to bring my favorite magazine with me...but the august issue came out 2 weeks ago and I still dont have access to it on my iPad! Truly let down...

So i paid 19.99 for a one year digital subscription and recieved nothing! Please fix what seems to be a very common problem.

This app crashes whenever I try to open it. I have never been able to get in since I downloaded it two months ago.

Downloaded the app, and purchased the latest issue. Billing us for the issue works great, however when clicking DOWNLOAD to actually view the product, that does not work and states that the file is missing. I only wish I came up with the idea of selling thin air at 3.99 a pop. Guys, get your act together as it it the publishers name you are dragging through the mud. Will report this problem directly to Glamour magazine to see how they like the reviews you are getting so far. Also, tried the app on free content and it works. But you cannot zoom in to increase the size of the text. The app is seriously limited in functionality. Glamour would be better off selling PDF or eBook versions of its magazine on iTunes since iBook which comes with the iPad offers a lot more in terms of viewing experience and allows you to bookmark pages. App designer should really consider revising this app if it is to survive. Good luck, Karl

This app is amazing! I love it. However, It has been shutting down almost every time i open it. Please fix! Please!!

love love love!! Definitely a 5 star app now that you can get the issues if you are a paper subscriber! Love the interactiveness in the iPad editions. Thank you glamour! One suggestion would be to add a bookmark or tag feature where you could bookmark pages you like (i miss being able to turn down the corner of the page if I like something on it)

Please optimize for retina display?! Preview looks fuzzy, is the actual magazine different? Dont want to subscribe and find out its not clear...

It takes forever for the newest issue to come to ipad.i see it in stores forever before I can get it on newsstand.

Not much good to me when you cannot read a downloaded copy without wifi on my no data iPad. The whole point was to be able to read in the car, plane, boat etc.

I purchased a subscription. Then my account stopped working so I am unable to download the next issue. I contacted customer service, but received no response.

Will not let me remove past issues from my iPad. Constantly crashing. New version of app even worse than past one.

im a regular subscriber to glamour, and see that the january issue has been released. however, even though my subscription is current, im told that the issue is "not available." why? if the issue is not currently available, why release it? ill be happy to revise my review once this is fixed, because i love this magazine!

January edition still says not available. My subscription is still active yet I cant access that edition? Otherwise very happy with Glamour.

I have donwloaded this app and bought the one year subscription and i really hope that it will be soon updated! I still havent managed to download the january number after one week since the download is not running if you close the app so you have to wait with the app opened until the 400mb charge and taking care that you do not go on the stand by mode (switch it off). PLEASE UPDATE SOON ALL THE CONDE NAST MAGAZINE APPS!

I should have read the reviews prior to purchasing. The magazine crashes if you open without internet connection...why cant I read offline!?!

I purchased two previous issues and continuously get an error during download. I have contacted Conde Nast and several days later the problem persists I have done everything they suggested multiple times.

Even when Im signed into my account on this app, I cant read the magazine on my iPad, even though Im a subscriber and receive it in the mail. When I try and use the All Access feature, which would allow me to read current issues on my iPad, it keeps saying I have to confirm my subscription, even though Ive done that already. Then when I try and do it again, it either says my name and address arent recognized, or my subscription number has already been used on All Access, but it wont let me go past the initial set up screen. When I tried to contact customer care, it just takes me to a blank white page after I submitted my issue, so I have no idea whether or not my issue was sent or not. Such a useless app and I probably wont be renewing my subscription with Glamour because of it.
